Mouth Rinse

We keep eating something or the other throughout the day  but how many of us rinse our mouth after eating

well ! I guess no one.

As the time has changed so as fooding habits ,now we are consuming more of the Junk food which tends to get stuck to your teeth while eating and it remains in your mouth for long duration, which is an open invitation for germs to feed upon .

Germs tend to feed upon these remaing food particles leading to tooth decay and other diseases not only involving your mouth but all of your body .

A simple solutions to get prevented from all this mishap is to rinse your mouth, each time you  eat something .

Normal tap water will do fine, but it would be better if you lukewarm a glass of water and add a pinch of table salt to it .

Swirl the water in your mouth some time to rince .

-Mouthwash can be an another alternative as advised any your dentist .

Brushing habits

As the day starts with brushing our teeth, this is what makes it the most important task of our lives , what if we are not aware about it ?

The question that comes in our minds is it’s just brushing not a rocket science, what’s there to learn about it .

There are some basic things that we all should know about brushing

1- Brush 2 times a day once you get up in the morning and before going to bed at night.

2- Brush your teeth for at least 3 to 4 min.

3-Use gentle pressur while brushing.

4- Always buy a medium bristle tooth brush or the one recommended by your dentist.

5-Brush your teeth in a circular motion inside out.

6-Always change your brush after 3 months and after you fall sick.

A healthy smile is what makes us look beautiful .
